What is Yummm?
Yummm.com is a website that displays a feed of live discounts from online merchants for a variety of specialty food and beverage products and accessories. When a merchant lowers the price on their product, Yummm will track it and display the discount on the homepage – right as it happens!
How do I purchase a product featured on Yummm?
You may purchase it by clicking on the discounted product, which will take you to the merchant's online store. From there, you can order the product or browse around to see what other delicious foods or drinks they have to offer.
What is the difference between a Current Deal and an Expired Deal?
Current deals on the homepage are all products that have a discount available at the present time, and are clustered by merchant name. Expired deals are products that were on discount but it expired because the merchant removed the deal.
I purchased something from the merchant, but now I want a refund. What do I do?
Yummm is not responsible for exchanges/refunds/returns of any kind. You must contact the merchant directly to handle all issues regarding orders.
I never received my order from the merchant. What do I do?
Again, you must contact the merchant directly for all issues regarding orders.
Do I have to register on Yummm?
Yes, but only if you want to post comments, "Like" a product, or "Follow" a product.
If I do register, how do I know my info is safe?
We will not sell, share, or display your personal information to anyone.
What does the "Follow Product" button do?
When you follow a product, you will receive instant price updates and news via your news feed or email (optional).
I buy many products from my favorite online store, but they aren't featured on Yummm even though they have discounts. Why is that?
The merchants we feature have registered their online stores with Yummm. If you have a favorite store and they aren’t on Yummm, please recommend our service to them so we can begin displaying their discounts and you can get deals!
How long are the discounts available?
We do not know in advance the exact time a discount expires. Our advice is to buy ASAP so you don’t miss out on the savings!
How do I un-follow a product?
You must log in to your account, go to "My Account" then "Followed Products". You will be able to uncheck any products you wish to stop following.
